Fullmix Decorative Mineral Plaster
Product Description: It is a coating plaster specially developed for interior and exterior facades, with high strength, covering application errors, providing a decorative appearance, easy to prepare and apply, long-lasting, high adhesion strength. It can be painted with any kind of paint (except synthetic-solvent-based paints).
Areas of Usage: It is used as a coating plaster on thin plaster and gauge plaster and sheathing plaster and similar building elements. It has high adhesion stability. It does not slip, it is easy to use. Comes with comfortable trefoil.
Application Instruction
Preparation: The hardness, water absorbency and durability of the surface to be applied are checked beforehand. The gaps and moving parts on the surface are fixed. The surfaces to be coated should be free of dust, dirt, debris, oil, etc. cleared of factors.
Mixture and Application: 6 - 7 lt. clean water is poured into the mixing bowl and the powder part is added slowly and mixed until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. A low speed mixer is used for mixing. Mixing with high speed prevents homogeneous consistency. After waiting for the maturation period of 5 minutes, the mixed mortar is ready to use. The surface must be primed before starting the application. After the primer has dried, Granular Plaster is applied to the surface with a steel trowel and the surface is clarified after 20-30 minutes depending on the ambient weather conditions. Pattern is given to the surface by making circular movements with clover.
After the application, the application tools should be washed with plenty of water. The material whose application period has expired cannot be processed and must be cleaned from the surface. The material in the container that has hardened and has completed its setting cannot be used.
