Product Description and Usage Area
Product Description: It is a cement-based, modified polymer and chemicals added, high-strength, movement-resistant heat insulation plate plaster.
Areas of Usage: It is used for plastering all kinds of thermal insulation plates applied on interior and exterior facades.
Preparation for Application: The hardness, water absorbency and durability of the surface to be applied are checked beforehand. The gaps on the surface and the places that need to be repaired are repaired beforehand. The surfaces to be applied should be free of dust, dirt, debris, oil, etc. cleared of factors.
Mixing and Application: 6-7 lt of clean water is poured into the mixing bowl and the powder mixture is slowly added on it until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. A low speed mixer is used for mixing. Mixing with high speed prevents a homogeneous consistency. After waiting for 5 minutes of maturation, the mixed mortar is ready to use. The prepared mixture is applied on the heat insulation plate with a thickness of 2-3 mm with the help of a trowel. If a net is to be used in the application, the net is laid on the applied plaster and sufficient set is expected. After this application, the plaster is reapplied on the net and smoothed with clover. Paint or desired application can be made 24 hours after the application.
