DESCRIPTION: It is a normal hardening cement based, modified polymer additive, tile-ceramic adhesive mortar with high adhesion stability and extended working time.
AREAS OF USAGE: Floor and wall ceramics; It is used for horizontal-vertical coating on concrete surface, plaster, screed and wall surfaces. It has high adhesion stability. It does not slip, it is easy to use.
Application Instruction
The hardness, water absorbency and durability of the application surface are checked beforehand. The gaps on the surface and the places that need to be repaired are repaired beforehand. The surfaces to be coated are cleaned from factors such as dust, dirt, debris, oil. 6.5 -7 lt. clean water is poured into the mixing bowl and the adhesive is added slowly and mixed until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. A low speed mixer is used for mixing. Mixing with high speed prevents homogeneous consistency. After waiting for the maturation period of 5 minutes, the mixed mortar is ready to use. Combing is done by applying mortar to the surface using a ceramic comb suitable for the size of the tile. In heavy coating materials and exterior applications, the mortar should be applied as a thin plate and adhered to the back of the coating materials. Coating materials are adhered to the notched mortar using a rubber mallet.
After the application, the application tools should be washed with plenty of water. Adhesion cannot be made on the material whose application period has expired and it must be cleaned from the surface. The material in the container that has hardened and has completed its setting cannot be used.
